Travel through Greece with Greek-American chef Marisa Churchill.
Chef Marisa spent 5 years living in her maternal motherland, where she hosted her own cooking show.
She'll take us through a culinary tour of Greece, and introduce us to some lesser known regional dishes:

Psari Plaki from the Peloponnese (fresh filet of sole cooked with tomatoes, onions, golden raisins and white wine)
Kapama Kounoupidi a popular village dish that consists of braised cauliflower, cinnamon, tomato and peas
Learn the secrets to making Tiropitas, the cheese filled phyllo triangles that originated on the island of Patmos.
Desserts in Greece go well beyond Baklava!
Marisa will finish this class off with Galaktoboureko, a traditional Greek custard dessert.
Unless otherwise noted, Demonstration classes run approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Hands-on classes generally run 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
