Join us in online classes to learn new skills and techniques!
Class is held live online via Zoom as a cook-along, hands-on session at Pacific Standard time.

Classic profiteroles are a french dessert made with choux pastry. Similar to the cream puff and eclair, they are delicate and crispy shells, but filled with ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce.

In this session we will cover:
-Profiterole dough- Choux Pastry
-Chocolate Ganache

Registered attendees will receive additional class materials and recipes at least 24 hours prior to the session, and a Zoom video link to join the class will be sent at least 2 hours prior to the start of class.

This is an online, real-time, hands-on cooking class held live via Zoom. Class is limited to 12 attendees to ensure a personal, interactive experience, guided by a moderator fielding questions/comments to the chef instructor. Please have all of the ingredients organized and equipment on hand and your device prepared to join Zoom before the class begins.
Unless otherwise noted, Demonstration classes run approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Hands-on classes generally run 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
