Slow Food is an organization and food movement that promotes local food and traditional cooking. It was founded by Carlo Petrini in Italy in 1986 and has since spread worldwide.
Unless otherwise noted, Demonstration classes run approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Hands-on classes generally run 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
