Vasanti is a food blogger, cookbook author, cooking instructor and a social media influencer. Honoring her Indian heritage and fueled by a culinary passion, she created the food blog Signature Concoctions in 2008. She is formally trained in the techniques of fine cooking, food styling and photography from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. She has been featured on Huffpost, The Beet, Clean Eating Magazine and other major food media channels. She has been running her own cooking classes in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than a decade.
