    Join us in online classes to learn new skills and techniques!
    Class is held live online via Zoom as a cook-along, hands-on session at Pacific Standard time.

    Knife Skills are the foundation to successful cooking with ease. Our Knife Skills class explores basic, fundamental knife work techniques. We will review common terminology and break down how to work with different produce items to achieve the right cuts, safely and efficiently.

    Further information and a Vegetable Minestrone recipe will be provided via email to registered participants for optional cooking of the vegetables that have been prepared.

    PLEASE ensure that your email address is correct when registering. This is the same email to which we will send a Zoom link and recipes/further materials for your participation. You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon completion of payment. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see the confirmation email. Registered attendees will receive additional class materials and recipes at least 24 hours prior to the session, and a Zoom video link to join the class will be sent at least 2 hours prior to the start of class.

    Please be sure to download and set up Zoom as appropriate for your device in advance of the class.

    This is an online, real-time, hands-on cooking class held live via Zoom. Class is limited to 12 attendees to ensure a personal, interactive experience, guided by a moderator fielding questions/comments to the chef instructor. Please have all of the ingredients organized and equipment on hand and your device prepared to join Zoom before the class begins.
