Jeff Gosche is a pastry designer whose passion for baking combined with his wildly creative imagination produces cakes and cookies that are truly awe-inspiring. Jeff has worked with Miette Patisserie in San Francisco for many years, designing seasonal cookies and instructing their cookie decorating workshops. Jeff is pastry chef at the Village Inn Restaurant in Monte Rio, California where his design business, Fabino, is located. He works with area wineries including JCB, Korbel, Paul Mathew and Woodenhead, along with other local businesses. Jeff regularly collaborates on special projects with the Gordon Getty family and Saint Francis Foundation in San Francisco.
