Linda Shiue, MD

Linda Shiue, M.D. specializes in creative recipes inspired by world cuisines. Linda's recipes and writing have appeared in national and international publications, in addition to her food blog, SpiceboxTravels.com. She is also a physician who believes that the best medicine is prevention. She is passionate about teaching patients about flavorful, healthy cooking as a building block of health. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from Brown University, completed an internal medicine residency at UCSF and has received culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, the Culinary Institutes of America, St. Helena and San Francisco Cooking School.
