Jeffrey Larsen is a food stylist, recipe developer, pastry chef and baking/cooking instructor, specializing in allergen-free cooking and baking. Larsen has developed products and recipes for Nutiva, Hidden Valley Ranch and Just Inc. As a food stylist, Larsen has worked on a number of cookbooks, cooking magazines and advertising campaigns. His allergen-free journey started when he began developing recipes for his gluten-intolerant mother in 2002. In helping his mother, Larsen gave himself a head start when he discovered that he is also gluten intolerant. Larsen is based in San Francisco, but he also has ties to Denver, New York and Los Angeles. His debut cookbook, Gluten-Free Baking at Home, releases in September 2019.
