Draeger's Cooking School Staff Instructor A native of India’s coastal state of Kerala, Saira started her culinary experiments in her mother’s kitchen. After relocating to the United States, she decided to follow her passions for food and photography. Her primary focus is the cuisine from southern India, which she has adapted to meet modern techniques.
