Draeger's Cooking School Staff Instructor Janice Wacha’s interest in cooking began at her Italian grandmother’s pasta table. She worked at the acclaimed L’Amie Donia restaurant in Palo Alto for seven years and has worked at Draeger’s Cooking School for more than a decade. She also works as a personal chef.
