Draeger's Menlo Park, San Mateo, and Blackhawk facilities are available for lunch or dinner. Choose from an interactive hands-on event or a pampered demonstration-style class. Everyone will participate in the creation of the meal, enjoy the fruits of their labors together and the best part is... no dishes!

A skilled, personable chef-instructor and experienced assistants will be provided to make certain that your class runs smoothly and effortlessly. Everyone in your group will receive copies of all the recipes and our staff will serve beverages including wines selected to complement the menu.

From a rustic Italian feast to a cocktail party mixer, we’ll make your special occasion unforgettable!

Pricing

• $2300 plus an 20% service charge, for a private hands-on or demonstration class of up to 20 people.
• Each additional person $110. Volume discount if more than 30 guests. Maximum capacity is 60 guests.
• Children’s Cooking Parties begin at $1200 for 16 junior chefs for a 2-1/2 hour party.
• Purchase of a private class entitles client up to three hours rental of Draeger’s Cooking School.
• Draeger’s can arrange audio-visual equipment rental, custom goodie bags and floral centerpiece
