Poori Masala—deep-fried puffed whole wheat bread served with spicy turmeric potato masala
Layered Malabar Parotta—incredibly flaky layered South Indian unleavened flatbread
Aaloo Paratha—traditional North Indian whole wheat bread stuffed with seasoned mashed potatoes
Class duration may exceed 3 hours.
