Tom Kha Gai—Thai lemongrass, coconut chicken soup
Banh Xeo—Vietnamese crispy crepe stuffed with shrimp, chicken, bean sprouts and tofu, wrapped in rice paper
Gado Gado—Indonesian ‘cobb salad’ with spicy tamarind and peanut dressing
Sambal Udang—Malaysian wok-fried shrimp with chili-lemongrass sambal
Nasi Kunyit—jasmine rice with turmeric and coconut milk
Unless otherwise noted, Demonstration classes run approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Hands-on classes generally run 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
