Rich, buttery and soft, Camembert is one of the world’s most celebrated cheeses. In this class we’ll make our own cheese inspired by the legend. You’ll learn cheesemaking science, sample commercial wheels, and learn about Camembert history and culture. Be prepared to take your cheese home after class and tend to it for about a month!
