Amid the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19, Draeger's is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and is taking a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers and employees.

As a safety precaution, we have decided to close our Cooking School through April 30, after which we will re-evaluate the public health situation.

Denise began her food adventure at a young age with the Time-Life Foods of the World set. Each month a new book would arrive, a gateway to a new culinary adventure and virtual visit to faraway lands that she shared with her mom. Her love of the science of baking and the precision of wedding cakes evolved into a cake business. An avid home cook and student of many recreational cooking classes, she is finishing her formal education at Diablo Valley College in Culinary Arts. She likes to share tips and tricks to help with your home cooking.
