Chantale Doinel

A French national, born in the exotic country of Morocco to French parents, Chantale Doinel has lived in and traveled throughout North Africa and Europe, continually discovering the diversity of subtle flavors that she incorporates into many of her dishes. After working as a cooking instructor, event planner, and private chef, Doinel graduated from the International Culinary Center in Campbell and spent her externship at the famed Village Pub in Woodside. With a focus on keeping dishes simple and flavorful, Doinel adds her signature touch of elegance with a focus on presentation and plating, often incorporating fresh edible flowers and herbs.
