Blanche Shaheen

Blanche Shaheen is a TV host/journalist turned food columnist and blogger, based in San Francisco. She was the host of the PBS independent film/documentary show, Video i for ten years, an on-air reporter for ABC, a tech reporter for TECH TV (now G4 Television), a producer at CNN, and still appears on Link TV for special programs. Always a foodie, Blanche now focuses on her passion for Middle Eastern recipes that her family has passed down to her through the generations. She is also a newspaper food columnist, a food blogger, and has a cookbook in the works. Her articles and videos provide easy-to-follow explanations about the cuisine, techniques and ingredients that will help you wow your friends and family with delicious meals. Shaheen also mixes Arabic and American culinary influences for unique new food experiences. Her cooking videos on YouTube channel and Facebook page, Blanche's Feast in the Middle East, have grown in popularity and her show has also been featured on Virgin America Airlines, reaching 1 million people per month.
