Francois Picard is the Western United States Sales Representative of De Buyer French Cookware. De Buyer, created in 1830, is based in the Vosges in France. It designs and manufactures cooking and pastry utensils for restaurant trades and top-of-the-range gastronomy. Francois Picard represents de Buyer French Cookware with knowledge and enthusiasm, in?uenced by his adventurous palate and a passion for travel. His most memorable food experiences are visits to Au 14 Fevrier, a French-Japanese restaurant in Lyon, France, and pho served from a street vendor in Hanoi, Vietnam. In his class we will learn about proper use of specialty cookware and tools through the exploration of French recipes and techniques.
