Abigail Johnson Dodge

Abigail Johnson Dodge is a widely respected baking expert, a popular food writer and an instructor. Dodge studied in Paris at La Varenne and worked in pastry under superstar chefs Michel Guerard and Guy Savoy. Dodge is the author of 10 cookbooks, including Mini Treats & Hand-Held Sweets, Desserts 4 Today, IACP Cookbook Award Finalist The Weekend Baker, and The Everyday Baker. Her recipes and articles have appeared in countless cookbooks, publications, blogs and websites. Dodge is a contributing editor to Fine Cooking magazine and is also a regular guest on TV and radio. She lives in Connecticut.
