Lesley Canfield

Lesley Canfield’s joy of cooking began in her Greek grandmother’s kitchen preparing traditional dishes and assisting her mother, who had encouraged her to participate in the kitchen from a young age. Lesley spent summers in Greece, deepening her interest in the culture and culinary history. She owned a catering company in Seattle, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, and managed events for a national restaurant group. Her passion for sharing the cooking experience led to teaching Greek cooking classes for PCC Cooks and the Intentional Table on Bainbridge Island where she continually received high praise for her interactive classes. Lesley recently received certification from the San Francisco Cheese School and weaves her knowledge of cheese into her cooking classes.
