Nora Landa Frazier

A native of Lima, Peru, Nora Landa Frazier invites you to share her delight in the many combinations of flavors found in Peruvian cuisine. With a culture as rich and varied as its geography, “Generous Peru” offers an astonishing fusion of its regional ethnic cuisines. Nora attended The American/International School of Lima, becoming a personified fusion of Peruvian and American traditions. Studies in California, Sweden and flight attending for Braniff International Division broadened her culinary interests. She then taught children and implemented nutrition courses for her students. Now residing in the Bay Area, Nora looks forward to sharing Peruvian history through her presentation of very traditional Peruvian dishes.
