Amid the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19, Draeger's is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and is taking a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers and employees.

As a safety precaution, we have decided to close our Cooking School through April 30, after which we will re-evaluate the public health situation.

A native of India’s coastal state of Kerala, Saira started her culinary experiments in her mother’s kitchen. After relocating to the United States, she decided to follow her passions for food and photography. Her primary focus is the cuisine from southern India, which she has adapted to meet modern techniques.
