Jacqueline Mallorca
Jacqueline Mallorca created and wrote the first Williams-Sonoma catalog and still writes for them today. She was James Beard’s West Coast editorial assistant for several years and has been published in numerous culinary publications. She has also written, co-authored, illustrated or edited 12 cookbooks.

*Jacqueline will also be doing free short demos at Draeger’s Gluten-Free Fair in San Mateo on Sun., Sept. 20, at 12:30 pm and 2 pm.
