Baia Nicchia Farm
Sunol Fred Hempel is a developmental plant biologist who used to work in biotech and garden during his lunch break. He co-founded Baia Nicchia in 2005 and breeds organic tomatoes for flavor, shape and color. Baia Nicchia also grows squash and greens.
